Our goal is to help you have a successful project. We offer residential and commercial plan design and we strive to catch your vision by working closely with you during the design phase of your project.
From your concept sketch we will provide you with preliminary drawings illustrating your basic floor plans and elevations. Upon your approval, we create a comprehensive set of building plans, adhering to your design while meeting California building code requirements.
We utilize Computer Aided Drawings, (CAD), for both residential and commercial to produce accurate and detailed plans for your project.
We believe that it is important to keep up with to days building requirements as set forth by the State of California Building Code. We are familiar with the International Building Code – IRC, Calif Building Code- CBC, Wildland Urban Interface- Construction and Building Methods for Fire Safe Building Construction. Energy requirements for Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical in an ever changing world are hard to keep up on but we do our best to make sure those components are on your plans.
We meet regularly with building officials in Shasta County, City of Redding, and the City of Shasta Lake to ensure that the plans we do for you are up to code.
We guarantee your plans will meet compliance in both State and Local requirements through county or city permit process; any corrections needed are included and performed in a timely manner.

Design
Whether you bought a property with an un-permitted barn on it, or you didn’t know a permit was necessary. We can get that drawn up & make sure it is up to current codes.
